Recently, someone told me that she started her business because a blog post of mine lit the fire in her. That makes me so happy because often when I spend many hours writing, I wonder if what I'm doing is self indulgent and a total waste of time.⠀
As a content creator (I'm still wary of calling myself a writer, although I've been writing for 4 years), we often work in isolation, with nobody around to tell us we're doing a great job until we put it out there for total strangers to judge. The imposter syndrome bitch is constantly looking over my shoulder.⠀

So having heard that feedback from someone I like and admire (she's a mother of two and her business is thriving!) is very encouraging. If my writing could make just one tiny difference in one person's life, I've done my job. [I obviously set the bar very low for myself 😅] So thank you, you-know-who-you-are for the validation and to you (who are reading this now) for following my journey on social media 😊
